侧输出马铃薯收获机设计研究

摘    要:针对马铃薯收获机向大型联合收获的发展趋势,在参考了国内外先进机型的基础上,结合马铃薯在我国种植的实际国情,设计完成并制造了4U-1700A型侧输出马铃薯收获机。新型收获机将原有的中间输出方式改进为单侧输出,并与马铃薯联合收获机配套使用,减少了联合收获机归垄行数,提高了生产效率。为此,介绍该款收获机的基本结构及工作参数,说明了主要技术参数和基本结构的原理与功能。田间收获试验表明:该收获机可以实现薯土彻底分离,并规则地平铺在另一侧相邻两垄之间,供联合收获机二次收获,具有伤薯率低、漏收率低、工作性能稳定的优点,提高了劳动生产率。

Abstract:Aiming at the development trend of the potato harvester to the large scale ,in reference to the basis of the ad-vanced models , combined with the actual situation of China's potato planting , design and manufacture of the 1700 A-type-side output potato harvester .The new harvester will improve the existing intermediate output unilateral output , and with supporting the use of potato harvester , combine harvester owned by reducing the number of ridge lines , improve produc-tion efficiency .The basic structure and operating parameters which harvester , the principle and function of the main tech-nical parameters and the basic structure .After the design is complete harvest field tests show:The potato harvesting ma-chine can achieve complete separation of the soil , and was tiled rule on the other side between two adjacent ridges , com-bine harvester for the second harvest .Potato have hurt low-drain low yield , stable performance advantages , improve la-bor productivity .
