基于FMECA模糊分析方法的纵轴流脱粒滚筒可靠性研究

摘    要:针对采用故障模式、影响分析和危害性分析(FMECA)方法存在模糊性和不确定性等问题,结合模糊综合评判法定量分析的优势,提出了模糊FMECA方法,并对该方法的分析过程进行了阐述。应用模糊FMECA方法对纵轴流小麦联合收获机脱粒系统进行了可靠性分析,得到了纵轴流脱粒系统各失效模式的危害度等级,为该系统的改进设计和维护保养提供了分析依据。FMECA模糊分析方法也为农业机械装备的可靠性分析提供了一种新的方法,对提高农机产品性能有积极意义。

Abstract:The FMECA method is difficult to obtain quantitative results in the process of applying. For this disadvantage, The paper developes a new method -The Fuzzy FMECA Method, by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to FMECA for a certain degree of improvement. The application of Fuzzy FMECA Method for axial flow combine harvester for threshing cylinder is analyzed by reliability analysis, the failure modes of axial flow threshing cylinder the harm degree. The results show that the Fuzzy FMECA provides a new method for reliability analysis of agricultural machinery, has a positive significance to improve the performance of agricultural products.
