摘    要:为提高农田地面不平度的测试效率,解决测试中田间杂草或作物根茬对不平度测试结果产生的影响及地面不平度数据难以与由其引起的农业机械动态响应数据实时对应等问题,设计开发了一种田间地面不平度测试装置。该装置通过激光传感器来测取地面的不平度数据,因而激光传感器的测试精确性直接影响不平度测试的准确性。为此,结合已开发的田间地面不平度测试装置的结构特点,提出了采用分段拟合标定传感器的方法。经检验,该方法提高了激光传感器在相应测试范围的准确性。田间试验表明,标定的激光传感器能够满足田间地面不平度的测试需求。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of measuring field surface profiles, and solve the problems existing in the profile measurements including impact of weed or crop stubble on profiling results and difficulty of correspondence between field surface roughness data and vehicle dynamic response data, a surface profiling apparatus is developed for measuring field surface profiles of parallel tracks. The profiling apparatus uses two laser sensors to measure the profiles of the field ground. Therefore, the accuracy of the laser sensors directly affects the accuracy of profile measurement. In this paper, a multi-section fitting method is applied to calibrate sensors according to the structure characteristics of the field profiling apparatus. The method has improved the accuracy of the laser sensors in the corresponding test range. Field tests show that the calibrated laser sensors can meet the test requirements of field profiling measurement.
