饲用甜高粱剪切应力和功耗试验研究

摘    要:在秸秆往复式切割试验台上,以饲用甜高粱为研究对象,以切割速度、喂入速度、秸秆含水率为试验因素,功率消耗与剪切应力作为性能检测指标,按照中心组合响应曲面设计(Central composite design,CCD)试验方案进行试验。结果表明:喂入速度对切割器试验台工作性能有较大影响;切割速度、秸秆含水率均对切割器试验台工作性能影响显著;切割器试验台工作性能的影响因素主次顺序为喂入速度、切割速度、秸秆含水率,最佳性能参数组合为喂入速度5m/s、切割速度0. 95m/s、秸秆含水率为60%。本研究旨在探索秸秆往复式切割器的工作参数与饲用甜高粱收获条件对切割特性的影响,为饲用甜高粱联合收获打捆的研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:In the straw reciprocate cutting experiment,it takes sweet sorghum as the research object,setting cutting speed,feeding speed and percentage of moisture of straw as experimental factors,and letting power dissipation and shear stress as performance indicators of the experiment.The experiment scheme is designed based on central composite response.The experimental result indicated that feeding speed has a great influence on the working performance of the cutter test-bench,and both cutting speed and percentage of moisture of the straw have a significant effect on performance of the cutter test-bench.The order of the factors affecting the working performance of the cutter is feed rate,cutting speed,percentage of moisture of straw.Finally,the best performance parameters are feeding speed 5m/s,cutting speed 0.95m/s,percentage of moisture of straw 60%.This paper aims to explore the effect of the working parameters of reciprocating cutter and the harvesting conditions of the sweet sorghum on the cutting characteristics,and provides a theoretical basis for the study of sweet sorghum combined with harvesting and baling.
