太阳能光伏植物生长系统的设计与试验

摘    要:为实现无常规电力条件下植物可控环境培育,提出了一种太阳能光伏植物生长系统。该系统针对高热地区,采用光伏发电系统、培育室、冷却系统和环控系统等4部分组成了降温环控装置,光伏发电系统为整个系统提供用电;培育室是保障植物正常生长的区域,采用密封处理,孔隙率为0.002 4‰;冷却系统由制冷机、制冷风扇、冷却铜管和循环水泵组成,用于降低培育室内温湿度,维持培育室环境参数平衡;培育室环境控制基于STC8 9 C5 1单片机为核心的环控系统,通过传感器实时采集培育室内环境参数,将获得的环境参数与预先设定值进行对比,进而驱动冷却系统工作;植物生长所需用水量预先计算出用量,一次性装入培育室,由环控系统按时按需补给培育室内植物。初步试验表明:培育室内部温度能够维持在31~39℃,湿度维持在72%~85%RH之间。

Abstract:In order to realize the controllable environment cultivation of plants without conventional power conditions, this research proposes a solar photovoltaic plant growth system. The system is aimed at hot areas, Using photovoltaic power generation system, training room, cooling system and environmental control system composed of four parts cooling control device. Photovoltaic power generation system to provide electricity for the entire system. Cultivating chamber region is to protect the normal growth of plants, with sealed, porosity is 0.0024 ‰. The cooling system consists of a refrigerator, a cooling fan, a cooling copper tube and a circulating water pump, incubated for reducing the indoor temperature and humidity, to maintain balance training room environment parameter. Cultivation room environment control is based on STC89C51 microcontroller as the core of the loop control system. Real-time acquisition by the sensor incubated indoor environment parameters, environment parameters obtained are compared with a preset value, which in turn drives the cooling system to work. Water needed for plant growth are pre-calculated, Cultivation disposable loading chamber, the environmental control system supply-demand time cultivation houseplant. By preliminary tests, Cultivating chamber can be maintained at an internal temperature of 31-39 ℃, humidity maintained between 72%-85%.
