丘陵山地四轮驱动拖拉机驱动力主动分配系统研究

摘    要:针对丘陵山地四轮驱动拖拉机在作业时车轮打滑而驱动力不足的状况,对丘陵山地拖拉机传动系统的关键部件行了优化设计。对丘陵山地拖拉机建立了动力学模型,并对丘陵山地拖拉机的轮间驱动力进行分析,提出了提高驱动效率最佳条件;设计了一种新型的驱动力分配装置对轴间驱动力重新进行分配,并对该装置的控制系统进行了设计和仿真。结果表明:该装置能明显改善打滑现象,提高驱动性能。

Abstract:For hilly mountain four-wheel-drive tractor driver when working in the condition of insufficient,the hilly mountain tractor transmission system in optimal design of key components of the line of hills mountain tractor dynamics model is established,and analyze the hilly mountain driving force between the wheel tractor improve the efficiency of turbine drive best conditions are put forward.Design a new kind of driving force distribution,the axial distribution of driving force,and the device of control system design and simulation,the results show that the device can obviously improve the skid phenomenon,improve the driving performance.
