摘    要:针对贵州田间烟苗移栽井窖制作机普遍存在成井头耐用度不高、井窖质量难以满足移栽要求等问题,结合已有的烟苗移栽井窖制作机和农艺要求,对现有的井窖制作机成井头进行改进。基于传统成井头设计制作了4种新型成井头,并完成了田间测试。结果表明:改进后的前3种成井头所制井窖口径9~10cm、井窖深16~20 cm,基本符合农艺要求。3号成井头的回土能力、成井效率(特别是对于粘重、板结土壤或火石子地)有明显的优势;4号成井头可达到增大井窖口径的目的,但需进一步减轻质量,提高动平衡精度。该研究对成井头的结构优化与指导实际生产有一定的现实意义。

Abstract:According to the problem that the well-cellar making machine has limited endurance for tobacco seedling transplanting and the well-cellar quality is difficult to meet the requirements of transplanting in Guizhou Province field.So,We combine the existing well-cellar making machine and agronomic technology requirements for tobacco seedling transplanting to further improvement the Well-Cellar Forming Unit of well-cellar making machine.Based on the traditional Well-Cellar Forming Unit,we designed a four new type of well-cellar Forming Unit,and testing it in the field.The experiment show that the well-cellar diameter of the first three new type Well-cellar Forming Unit formed is 9~10cm and the pit depth is 16~20cm,which is basically in conformity with the agronomic requirements.The covering soil ability and completion efficiency of No three Well-Cellar Forming Unit have obvious advantages,especially in the condition of heavy soil,hardening soil or firestone field.The No.Four Well-Cellar Forming Unit can increase the diameter of the well-cellar,but it is necessary to further reduce the quality and improve the precision of dynamic balance.This study has some practical significance for the structure optimization of the Well-Cellar Forming Unit and the practical production guidance.
