| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村关键是农业发展,农业发展的关键是农业结构调整,而明确调整方向是实现农业结构调整目标的主要环节.为此,利用灰色关联分析的方法,对河北省农业两个层次上的历史数据进行整理计算,挖掘提高农业产值以及农民收入的潜力空间,提出当前河北省农业结构调整的政策建议,从而加快河北省新农村建设的步伐.

| Abstract: | The construction socialism new countryside key is the agricultural development,the agricultural development key is the agricultural structure adjustment,the adjustment direction realizes the adjustment goal key link;By the grey model,the author carries on data processing to Hebei Province agriculture two levels historical data,enhances the agricultural output value,seeks the potential space which the farmer receives,puts forward the current Hebei Province agriculture structure adjustment policy proposal,So as to speed up the pace of construction of new rural areas in Hebei Province. |
