摘    要:针对带分流叶片离心泵叶轮结构复杂,传统水力设计需要设计者具有丰富的经验,开发周期长,成本高,很难适应产品快速开发需求的问题,采用逆向工程技术与计算流体力学(CFD)技术相结合的叶轮快速开发方法.利用ATOS流动式光学扫描仪对IS80—50—200型离心泵的带分流叶片叶轮进行数据测量,测量的点云导入CATIA中精确完成逆向建模,然后利用CFD软件Fluent对建立的模型进行额定工况下全流场的数值模拟来进行评价,对模拟结果中的相对速度,静压进行分析.结果表明,叶轮设计满足要求,此设计方法缩短了产品开发周期,降低了叶轮的设计成本.
