电厂循环供水泵站立式异步电动机振动分析

摘    要:针对扬州第二发电有限公司循环供水泵站立式异步电动机振动问题。从安装、检修和制造等方面分析了振动原因。在排除了园安装质量引发机械振动的因素后,现场通过频谱分析作进一步的振动测试分析,确定机组振动主要是由电动机电磁振动引起的。采取在定子线圈上增加三根均压线措施后,减小了电磁力的不平衡,振动减小至0.01mm左右,机组运行正常。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of vibration in vertical asynchronous motor in circulating supply-water pump station, which set in the Second Electrical Power Company Limited of Yangzhou, some reason are analyzed, such as installation, inspection and manufacture. The conclusion is obtained that the vibration is electromagnetic vibration by spectrum analysis. The vibration is fade to 0.01ram by adding 3 equalizing cable on the stator coil.
