| 摘 要： | 我国虽然是世界虾产品第一大生产国,但是我国对虾加工自动化程度远落后于其他水产大国。本文通过介绍对虾产品的形式和对虾加工工艺流程,提出加工设备的重要性。通过分析国内外对虾清洗分级加工技术,明确各国对虾清洗分级加工设备的特点,重点介绍对虾去头剥壳设备的现状,对未来对虾加工装备技术研究的重点难点有一定参考意义。

| Abstract: | Although China is the largest shrimp producer of the world,China’s shrimp processing automation is far behind other large aquatic countries.This paper introduces the form of shrimp products and the processing process of shrimp,and puts forward the importance of processing equipment.Introducing the technology of shrimp cleaning,grading and processing technology at home and abroad,and showing the characteristics of shrimp cleaning,grading and processing equipment in different countries,which has certain reference significance for the key and difficult points in the future research of shrimp processing equipment technology. |
