| 摘 要： | 实施节水灌溉技术是实现水资源可持续利用的重要方式之一。当用水户采用节水灌溉技术的利润大于未采用节水灌溉技术的利润时,节水灌溉技术才不会仅仅出现在示范园中,而是被用水户自发采用,从而得以推广,现实中可通过建立合理的水权交易机制激励节水灌溉技术的推广。建立了激励节水灌溉技术推广的水权交易激励模型,并给出了确定这种具有激励作用的水权交易量的数学关系式。 |

| Abstract: | Developing agricultural water-saving irrigation technology is an important way to realize water resource sustainable utilization.When the profit of adopting water-saving irrigation technology is more than that of no water-saving irrigation technology,the water-saving irrigation technology will mot merely appear in the demonstration district,but be voluntarily adopted by farmer and be promoted.Therefore,reasonable water right trade incentive mechanism can be established to promote water-saving irrigation technology.The water right trade model is established and how to decide water right trade amount is discussed in this paper. |
