摘    要:针对东莞降雨集中、水质性缺水严重的特点,建设雨水集蓄和水循环利用工程,采取雨水集蓄、管道输水、水肥一体化、喷滴灌、水循环利用等系列节水灌溉措施,节约水量供生态用水,同时减少面源污染排放,改善生态环境。通过补贴节水工程经费,促进农业节水,形成农业节水补偿生态公益用水,政府补偿农业节水的生态型节水补偿模式。实践证明,该模式可节水60%~90%,增产12.6%~18%,缓解了降雨集中、污水灌溉和农业面源污染物排放问题,实现了清洁灌溉、减少了环境污染。

Ecological Agriculture Irrigation Technology and the Water-saving Compensation Practice in Dongguan
Abstract:For rainfall concentration and lack of water with quality in Dongguan ,the rainwater collecting and water recycling project has been constructed .A series of water-saving irrigation measures have been adopted to saving water for ecological water .At the same time ,the surface source pollution is reduced ,so the ecological environment is improved .Agricultural water saving irrigation has been promoted through the project funds subsidies by government .With agriculture water turning into ecological water ,the eco‐logical agriculture water saving compensation mode has been formed .Practice has proved that ,this mode has the benefits of saving water 60% ~90% ,increasing product 12 .6% ~18% ,relieving the problems of rainfall concentration ,sewage irrigation and drain‐age ,achieving clean irrigation ,and reducing environmental pollution .
