河北平原区土壤水资源计算模型的探讨

河北平原是河北省重要的粮食主产区,灌溉在全省农业生产中起关键性的作用。农业灌溉用水占全省用水总量的70%以上,是主要的用水大户。用于农业生产的水资源除灌溉水外,还包括由降水直接补给农田的土壤水资源。从正确认识土壤水资源、充分合理利用土壤水资源角度出发,提出了土壤水资源的概念,建立了区域土壤水资源计算模型。并以保定平原为例,分析计算了区域不同频率水文年土壤水资源的资源量。为在农业生产中合理、充分利用土壤水资源,节约灌溉用水提供理论依据。对缓解区域水资源紧缺现状、保证农业的可持续发展和生态环境的改善具有重要的现实意义。

Study on the Calculating Model of Soil Water Resources in Hebei Plain

Hebei plain is a primary bread basket of Hebei province,and irrigation plays an important role in the provincial agriculture.In Hebei plain,more than 70% of the total water consumption is agricultural water,which includes not only the irrigation water,but also the soil water supplied directly by rainfall.In order to correctly understand the soil water resources and sufficiently utilize them,the concept of soil water resources was presented and the calculating model of soil water resources was set up in this paper.Moreover,taking the Baoding plain as an example,the regional amount of soil water resources in different hydrological frequency year was analyzed.This would provide basis for the reasonable and sufficient utilization of soil water resources to save irrigation water.It also had great realistic significance to relax the status of water scarcity,ensure the sustainable development of agriculture and improve the entironment.
