生活用水水价对石河子市居民用水行为的影响分析

采用抽样调查形式对石河子市居民生活用水水费情况、水价对其用水行为的影响、水价调整对其用水行为的影响、居民可以接受的人均月水费支出情况、居民对水价的经济承受能力和心里承受能力进行了调查分析,给出了该市居民生活用水价格范围.分析表明该市居民家庭生活用水节水意识不太强,主要是由于目前石河子市生活用水水价相对较低造成的.在该市居民经济承受能力和心里承受能力均较低的情况下,水价的制定应该采用分阶段逐步提高水价和阶梯水价的方法,使居民逐步适应水价的提高.

Analysis of Influence of Water Price of Domestic Use on Water Utilization Behavior of Residents in Shihezi City
