| 摘 要： | 针对薄壁、结构复杂的船用钛合金基座,采用机加工石墨型的造型方法,设计了合理的铸造工艺,成功生产重71kg、外形尺寸为980×736×275、壁厚为6mm的钛合金基座铸件,文章中所论述的工艺路线经受了实践考验,对此类复杂零件的铸造生产具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | For thin-walled and complex structure titanium base,this paper designs rational casting process and uses modeling method based on graphite,manufacturing titanium base castings of 71kg weight,dimensions for 980×736×275 and 6 wall thickness successfully.It is significant for the production of such kind of complex parts. |
