高职教学课堂管理探讨

摘    要:传统的课堂教学依然是知识传递的主要形式,如何有效进行课堂管理,使课堂教学更有效率是教师们追求的目标。重点分析了高职院校课堂教学的现状以及产生的原因,并结合高职学生的特点提出了改进高职教学课堂管理的具体措施和方法,使高职教师能够轻松驾驭课堂,提高教学质量。

Introduction to the Classroom Management in Higher Vocational Teaching
Abstract:Traditional classroom teaching is still the main form of knowledge transfer,making the classroom management effectively is the target of the teachers.This paper analyzes the present situation of classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges as well as the reasons,and combined with the characteristics of higher vocational students put forward concrete measures and methods to improve higher vocational teaching classroom management.In this way,that teachers in higher vocational education can easily control the classroom,and improve the quality of teaching.
