农村环境污染原因分析与政策建议

“十二五”期间,为全面建设“富裕、生态、文明、和谐”的现代化中等城市,巩义市将大力推进城镇化进程,加大农村环境整合治理力度,着力解决好危害农民群众身体健康,影响农业、农村可持续发展的突出环境问题.本文通过对巩义市农村环境污染现状调查原因分析,提出了以新农村建设为契机,建立农村环境保护长效机制,建立完善农村污染监测体系,大力发展农村生态经济,深入开展“三创”活动,推动农村环境可持续发展的思考和建议.
