双联齿轮工艺夹具设计

摘    要:加工齿轮时以第七道工序拉键槽夹具的一端面和花键孔为定位基准采用心轴定位花键孔。为了提高劳动生产率,保证加工质量,降低劳动强度,需要设计专用夹具。双联齿轮的齿形加工,即大端滚齿和小端插齿,由于工件结构原因,其齿向及齿圈径向圆跳动误差往往超出产品技术要求或加工工艺要求。文章就此问题进行分析,并提出相应解决措施。

Abstract:The keyway jig processing gear to seventh processes pull a face and spline bore spindle positioning spline hole for locating datum.Quality assurance process in order to raise labor productivity,reduce labor intensity,and the need to design special fixtures.Double gear tooth processing,that is big endian hobbing and the small end of the shaper and the workpiece structural reasons for their teeth and ring gear radial circular run-out error is often beyond the technical requirements of the product or process.Issue analysis,and the corresponding solutions.
