摘    要:文章分析内胎的胶料特性,生产使用的设备工装,现场的过程控制对接头工序的质量影响原因,采取相应的改善措施降低不良率,避免接头局部薄及内裂破裂,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the tube of plastic material properties, production and use of equipment and tooling, the scene of the process control impact on the quality of the joint process, take the appropriate improvement measures to reduce the defect rate to avoid rupture of the thin joint local and internal crack, and achieved good results.
