| 摘 要： | 冀西北坝上地区交通不便,信息不灵,文化生活单调,经济发展滞后。大力发展文化创意产业有利于促进冀西北坝上地区解放思想,创新思维;有利于促进该地区精神生活和物质生活共同繁荣;有利于促进该地区经济发展,脱贫致富,实现小康。发展文化创意产业是贫困地区扶贫开发的重要途径。

| Abstract: | Bashang Region transport facilities, poor information, and cultural life is monotonous, economic development lags behind. Vigorously develop the cultural and creative industries and promoting Bashang Region emancipate the mind, innovative thinking;, conducive to promoting the region＇s spiritual and material life of common prosperity; conducive to pro- moting the region＇s economic development, poverty alleviation, to achieve well-off. Developments of cultural and creative industries are poverty alleviation and development in poor areas important way. |
