高一致性铟锭块自动化浇铸系统设计

摘    要:铟是一种银白色略带淡蓝色的金属,在电子和半导体领域应用非常广泛。粗铟通常以锭块形式供应市场,广西是铟锭主要产销地之一。经调查,在广西铟锭生产企业中,目前多采用人工浇铸法,自动化程度低,锭块重量误差大,一致性差。作者设计了一套基于PLC控制的浇铸系统,铟锭自动化生产。文章介绍了此系统的组成、工作原理和特点。

Abstract:Indium is a silvery white with light blue metal, is widely applied in the field of electronics and semicon- ductor. Crude indium is often supply the market in the forms of ingot block, guangxi is one of the main producing area of indium ingot. After investigation, most companies use artificial casting method in guangxi, but this method's automation in very low , the error of ingot block weight is quite big and poor consistency. The author designed a set of casting system based on PLC control.This paper introduces the system composition, working principle and characteristics.
