| 摘 要： | 基于民办高校会计专业的职业胜任能力培养，围绕企业人员、授课教师和在读学生展开调查。通过调查获取会计专业毕业生的职业能力需求和民办高校的人才培养现状。通过对比分析人才需求与人才培养现状，提出民办高校会计专业人才培养的改进方案。

| Abstract: | This paper set base on the cultivation of professional competence in private colleges,made an investigation around the enterprise staff,instructors and students.So as to gain professional competence demand on graduates mahored in accounting and the cultivation status of competent personnel in private universities.Through the contrast and analysis on the demand on competent personneland cultivation status of competent,this paper proposed schemes for the improvement of the cultivation of accounting competent personnel in private institutions. |
