基于ansys的支座结构优化设计

摘    要:建立了支座优化分析的数学模型,选用solid92单元进行网格划分,对支座筒体内孔的下半部分施加15E6Pa的压力。选择支座筒体外径为设计变量,支座位移和为状态变量,并设置最小值为0.35mm,支座体积为目标函数。采用零阶方法进行优化计算,得到满足许用应力和位移和的最小筒体外径。

Optimum Design for the Structure of Support based on ANSYS
Abstract:The mathematical model of optimization analysis of a support was established,solid92 unit was selected to divide the net,pressure of 15E6Pa was applied to inner hole of the lower part of the barrel of support.The out diameter of support's cylinder was selected as design variables,the sum of displacement of the support was defined as state variables and set its minimum value at 0.35mm,the volume of support was defined as objective function.optimization calculation was made based on zero-order method and worked out the outer diameter of barrel that satisfied the allowable stress and minimized the sum of displacement.
