论资源开放视角下的高职翻转课堂教学模式

随着教育资源的不断更新和开放，当代教育教学模式也因此发生了巨大的改革，由传统的讲授制课堂改为现在的翻转式课堂。教师不再局限于课堂讲授知识，学生在课后可完成自主课程学习，通过网络与老师和同学进行交流和讨论。翻转课堂是对基于印刷术的传统课堂教学结构与教学流程的彻底颠覆，从某种程度上来说是教师角色、课程模式、管理模式等一系列的变革。

Discussion about the Flipping Classroom Teaching Mode in Higher Vocational College from the Perspective of Open Resources

Along with the continuous renewal and open of education resources,contemporary education teaching mode re-forms dramatically,from the traditional classroom teaching system to the flipping classroom now.Teachers are no longer confined to teaching knowledge in the classroom,students can complete the independent study after class,through communicating with teach-ers and classmates on the Internet.Flipping classroom is based on the traditional classroom teaching structure,and a series of changes of teacher role,curriculum model and management model.
