| 摘 要： | “共建共享”是社会主义和谐社会的重要特征,生动地诠释了以人为本的科学发展观,有以下深刻的内涵：人民主体的历史观、共同富裕的利益观、崇先尚德的荣辱观、人际关爱的伦理观、广泛参与的群众观、唯物辩证的实践观、能力本位的执政观、整合差别的公正观、奉献报偿的人生价值观、协调发展的思维观。
