激励理论在社区管理中的运用

社会发展应当建立在社区发展之上,而社区发展依赖于外源和内源两种动力的整合。在现代社会,科学的社区管理是内源动力的决定性因素,在此管理系统中,随着管理学和社会的发展,激励机制成为当代管理中最重要的一种方法。在相关激励理论的基础上所提出的一些激励措施可以为我国社区科学管理提供一定参考。

The Application of Stimulation Theory in The Community Administration

The developing of society must base on the developing of community, and the developing of community depends on the powers input from exterior and interior community. In modern society, the scientific administration is the determined factor to make interior community power. In this system, excitation mechanism is the most important method. The paper puts forward some excitation measure based on the stimulation theory, and some advices for establishing the community scientific administration.
