| 摘 要： | 阜新市农机部门利用各自优势，围绕农业和农机工作重点、“农机科普之冬”、新型农民培训工程、农机合作组织以及培训主体作用的发挥、重点项目的实施、重点技术的推广等7个渠道，开展多形式的农机教育培训，提高农机手的素质，保证培训的质量效果，走出独具特色的农机教育培训之路。

| Abstract: | The agricultural machinery sectors in Fuxin City have made good use of their respective advantages to launch various forms of trainings to improve the quality of machine operators with agriculture and agricultural machinery work as the focus, including such activ- ities as ＂popularity of agricultural machinery science in winter＂, the new-style farmer training project, bringing agricultural cooperation organizations and training into full play, the implementation of key projects, and applications of key technologies. |
