辽宁省农机技术推广工作的现状及对策

在国家及省一系列惠机惠农政策的带动下,辽宁农机技术推广工作取得了新成就,保护性耕作等重点农机化技术示范推广项目取得阶段性成果,农机技术推广体系逐步完善,推广方式不断创新。同时,各级农机推广部门在引导农民使用新技术、购置新装备方面发挥着重要作用。针对当前农机技术推广工作中存在的投入不足、体制不顺、机制不活等问题,提出抓住工作重点、加强试验示范、搞好体系建设、抓好技术培训等解决措施。
