| 摘 要： | 通过对云南德宏、临沧地区天然橡胶产业的深入调研，分析了民营橡胶快速发展和国营农场体制改革、“属地”管理后天然橡胶产业发展中管理和技术层面存在的问题，提出了加快建立农民橡胶专业生产合作社和建立、完善区域天然橡胶产业技术支撑体系的发展意见。

| Abstract: | In tropical zone of Yunnan Province, Hevea rubber has been one of the dominant cash crops. With rubber price ris- ing, the private part is expanded as quickly as it can. The poor technical management in traditional state farms and re- formed state farms or others has resulted in some problems. To develop natural rubber industry, it is necessary to promote the establishment of farmers＇ rubber specialized production cooperatives and build up and improve the technical support system for the regional natural rubber industry. |
