摘    要:为了揭示低温与光照对茶树叶片发生光抑制的影响,本文采用人工控制温度及光照的方法,以茶苗适宜生长温度(25℃)为对照,研究了茶苗在低温(0、5、10、15℃)、光照(3、4、6、10、15.5klx)条件下叶绿素荧光参数的变化,结果表明:在25℃和光照3~15.5klx条件下,茶苗叶片的叶绿素荧光参数值均保持稳定水平,无...

Abstract:In order to reveal the effects of low temperature and light on tea photoinhibition,changes of chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics parameters in tea seedings were studied under conditions at temperature(0,5,10,15,25℃,25℃ as the CK) and light(3,4,6,10,15.5 klx)using illumination incubator.The results show that the chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics parameters of tea leaves maintained stable level at 25 ℃ under the light from 3 klx to 15.5 klx,but Fm,Fv/Fo,qP,ΦPSII,Fv′/Fm′ decreased and Fo,qN increased when the temperature decreased from 15℃ to 0℃.Change in chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics parameters was great under lower temperature and stronger light.It indicates that photoinhibition happened in tea leaves at lower temperature.
