摘    要:分子印迹技术是一项新兴的分子识别技术,特异的识别性能使其在许多领域得到广泛的研究与应用。本文概述了分子印迹原理和特点,重点介绍了分子印迹聚合物在分离、分析领域的研究现状,同时对该技术在茶叶研究中的应用进展和今后的发展方向作了阐述。

Abstract:Molecular imprinting technique (MIT) is a novel molecular recognition technique. It has been studied and applied in many fields because of its efficient molecular recognition capacity. Principal and characteristic of molecular imprinting were reviewed. Application of the molecular imprinting polymers (MIPs) in measurement and separation of special compounds was summarized. Status quo and prospect of MIT application in tea research area was also discussed in the paper.
