茶多酚提取方法研究进展

摘    要:茶多酚是一种应用非常广泛的理想的天然抗氧化剂,它的提取是茶叶深加工的热点之一。本文概述了国内外有关茶多酚提取方法:溶剂浸提法、金属离子沉淀法、超临界流体萃取法、树脂吸附分离法、超声波浸提法、微波浸提法等,简述了各种方法的基本原理、基本流程及各自的优缺点。

Abstract:Tea polyphenols is an ideal natural anti-oxidant,which has being widely applied in many fields.The methods of extraction of tea polyphenols from green tea have been become one of hot points of tea research.In the present paper,methods of extraction of tea polyphonols from green tea were reviewed,including solvent extraction,ionic precipitation,supercritical CO2 extraction,resin adsorption,ultrasonic assistant extraction,microwave assistant extraction and so on.We also discussed basic principle,producing routine and advantage or disadvantage of each method at the same time.
