冯和法先生与茶

冯和法先生（1910-1997）是一位农业经济学家,在上世纪三十年代曾在上海商品检验局主持国际贸易导报的工作,在浙江粮油棉丝管理处,中国茶叶公司为中国茶业的发展和出口做了大量的工作。今年是冯和法先生百年诞辰,特写此文纪念他。

Mr.Feng He-fa and Tea

Mr.Feng He-fa（1910-1997） was an agricultural economist.During the 1930s and 1940s he worked as the chief editor for the international trade journal at the Shanghai Commodity Inspection Bureau,and at the Zhejiang liang-you-mian-si office.He also worked tirelessly at China Tea,Inc.,for the development and export of tea.2010 is the one hundred year anniversary of Mr.Feng＇s birth.This article is to commemorate his contribution to the tea trade during that period and to celebrate his life.
