| 摘 要： | 本文总结了鄞州区茶业现状，深入分析了困扰鄞州茶业进一步发展的难点和问题：茶类结构、茶产业分工、产业链、茶场承包经营权流转、茶场经营管理和茶叶现代服务业缺乏等方面和茶业市场经营尤其品牌观念滞后等。针对这些问题，笔者结合国内先进经验和本地实际探讨了应对困难推动鄞州茶业发展的关键措施。

| Abstract: | The paper sums up the current situation of Yingzhou Tea industry,revealing the major factors effecting the further development of the tea industry,including tea production composition,tea industry division and cooperation,industry chain,tea farm management,industry service and tea trade brand etc.The possible counter measures was discussed. |
