摘    要:通过研究绿茶杀青的原理,综合滚筒杀青和热风杀青的优点,与热管技术和PLC控制技术集成,研制出一种电热滚筒+热风+尾气余热回收的新型杀青机。该杀青机生产的采花名优绿茶汤色、香气、滋味、叶底之感官品质明显优于传统的杀青工艺,最大程度保留了茶叶的品质成分,使茶叶的综合质量大幅提升,并且获得了较高的经济效益。

Abstract:A new fixation machine with three kinds of heater (electricity cylinder, hot-air and exhaust heat ) was made according to the principal of fixation processing and combination of the advantages of cylinder fixation machine, hot-air fixation machine, heat pipe as well as PLC control technology. The new machine significantly improved the tea quality, including tea color, flavor and taste, compared with traditional fixation machines. The tea product by application of the new fixation technology was value-added.
