金银花茶的开发研究

金银花为常用中药，具有清热解毒、清风散热、抗病毒、保肝利胆的功效。卫生部公告金银花为药食两用植物资源，长期食用，无毒副作用。隆回县为中国金银化之乡，产量占全国总产的53％。隆回瑶族“自古有饮银花露”习惯，经开发研究，隆回县已成功开发出金银花系列保健茶，创立了“毅鹏”品牌．打造了一个新的饮品行业，有效地解决了金银花出路问题。

Lonicera japoica is a medicinal herb most in use,which has the functions of antipyretic and detoxification,refreshment and heat-radiation,virus-resistance,liver and gallbladder-protection.The Ministry of Public Health annouced that Lonicera japoica is a dual-purpose plant resource of herb and food,which has no poisonous side effects after long-term drinking.Longhui county is the hometown of Lonicera japoica in China, the yield is fifty-three percent of the total yield of the whole country.The Yao nationality in Longhui has the habit of drinking Lonicera japoica dew since ancient times.Through research and development,the people of Longhui have successfully produced a series of Lonicera japoica health tea, created the Yipeng brand,and established a new beverage trade,which effectively settled the selling question of the product.
