摘    要:对湖南、四川、浙江、福建、安徽和台湾选育的23个茶树品种在湖南长沙的成活率、物候期、抗寒性、生化成分、制绿茶品质进行了研究,结果显示:一芽一叶期有4个品种达到特早生种水平,12个品种达到早生种水平;春季氨基酸含量3.67%~6.23%,6个品种春季氨基酸含量达到5%以上;茶多酚含量17.23%~26.23%;咖啡碱含量3.36%~4.87%;酚氨比<7;10个品种制绿茶品质比较突出,本省品种较省外品种更有优势;8个品种抗寒性比对照强.

Abstract:In order to probe into the adaptability including survival rate, spring phenophase, biochemical components, quality of green tea, cold resistance, 23 tea cultivars bred in Hunan, Sichuan, Zhejiang, Fujian, Anhui and Taiwan were planted in Changsha. The results showed that 4 cultivars reached the level of ultra-early budding in one-leaf-and-one-bud shoots, 12 cultivars reached the level of early budding; the contents of amino acid in spring ranged from 3.67% to 6.23%,among which 6 cultivars exceeded 5%,the contents of tea polyphenol ranged from 17.23% to 26.23%,the contents of caffeine ranged from 3.36% to 4.87%, tea polyphenol/amino acid<7,10 cultivars were more excellent than the others in quality of green tea, and cultivars from Hunan province have advantage compared to the others from the areas outside of Hunan,8 cultivars were stronger than the control in cold resistance.
