65份叶色紫化茶树种质资源生化成分分析

摘    要:对65份叶色紫化茶树资源春梢内含生化成分与芽叶色差进行检测。结果表明:65份种质资源中茶多酚含量30%~40%的资源占80%,咖啡碱含量3%~4.5%的资源占86%,氨基酸含量5%~7%的资源占22%,酚氨比低于8的资源有20份,酚氨比高于15的有7份;ZY-4的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量和类胡萝卜素含量最高;可溶性糖含量≥6%的紫芽资源有11个,其中含量最高的是ZY-8;春季花青素含量变幅为1.65~15.56 mg/g,夏季的花青素含量变幅为3.21~35.57 mg/g;紫芽新品系中明亮度L值和测色值b与花青素含量有密切关系,而花青素含量与叶绿素含量有密切关系,与各生化成分之间没有显著性相关。

Abstract:The main biochemical components and color difference of buds and leaves of 65 tea germplasm resources with purple leaf color in spring were detected.The results showed that 80%of the 65 germplasms resources with 30%~40%tea polyphenols content,86%of the resources with 3%~4.5%caffeine content,and 22%of the resources with 5%~7%amino acid content,20 resources with phenol ammonia ratio less than 8,and 7 with phenol ammonia ratio higher than 15;ZY-4 had the highest contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid;11 purple bud resources with soluble sugar content higher than 6%,among them,zy-8 has the highest content;the anthocyanin content ranged from 1.65~15.56 mg/g in spring and 3.21~35.57 mg/g in summer;the brightness value L and color measurement value b of new tea varieties with purple buds were closely related to anthocyanin content,while anthocyanin content was closely related to chlorophyll content,and there was no significant correlation among the biochemical components.
