安化黑茶产业国际竞争力影响因素与提升对策分析

摘    要:在Porter-Dunning模型中引入茶叶绿色壁垒和标准化的影响与作用,构建安化黑茶产业国际竞争力的影响因素模型,从生产要素、需求条件、企业战略、结构和竞争对手、相关产业和支持产业的表现、绿色壁垒与标准化、国际合作与跨国公司、政府行为和机遇等八个方面,进行了安化黑茶产业国际竞争力的影响因素分析;并从大力发展黑茶产业高级要素、发展健全黑茶产业供应链、构建黑茶产业创新商业模式、立足国内走向国际四个方面提出了安化黑茶产业国际竞争力提升对策,为安化黑茶成为湖南省支柱产业提供决策依据。

Abstract:This article reviewed the origin and development of Anhua Dark Tea facing the one Belt one Road national development strategy and vast potential market. Porter-Dunning mode was introduced to measure the influence of green barrier and Standardization. Consequently the influential factors mode was built on production, market demanding, company strategy, structure and market rivals, the performance of relative and supportive industry, green barrier and standardization, international cooperation and enterprises, government activity and opportunity. The measures to improve the international competitiveness of Anhua Dark Tea was presented, based on development of high level elements of dark tea industry, development of supplying chain of dark tea, building of new business mode and internationalization, aiming to offer decision-making basis for Hunan Dark Tea industry.
