光照对绿宝石叶绿素荧光特性的影响

摘    要:用叶绿素荧光动力学研究不同光照对绿宝石叶绿素荧光特性的影响。结果表明:遮光使绿宝石叶片SPAD值升高4.7%;日光灯使初始荧光下降,最大荧光升高;遮光和自然光照的PSⅡ潜在活性和原初光能转化效率比处理前低,而日光灯处理10 d时二者分别增加9.9%和7.73%;在日光灯处理20 d时PSⅡ量子效率升高61.67%,荧光下降比值升高23.16%,光化学猝灭升高12.62%,非光化学猝灭仅为处理前的64.72%。说明日光灯处理可增加绿宝石叶绿体PSⅡ反应中心开放部分的比例,将更多的光能用于推动光合电子传递,从而提高光合电子传递能力,同时叶片的非化学热耗散降低,植物体充分利用所吸收的光能用于光合作用。

Abstract:The influence of illuminance on chlorophyll fluorescence characteristic of Philodendron erubescens cv.Green Emerald was investigated with chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics technique.The results indicated that,SPAD value of chlorophyll comparative content increased by 4.7% under shading,the initial fluorescence(Fo) dropped and the highest fluorescence(Fm) increased under fluorescent lamp lighting;photosystem II potential activity Fv/Fo and efficiency of primary transformation of light energy Fv/Fm under shading and natural light in greenhouse was lower than controlled before,but they increased by 9.9% and 7.73% separately after 10days under fluorescent lamp lighting;photosystem Ⅱ quantum efficiency ΦPSⅡ increased by 61.67%,ratio of fluorescence declining Rfd increased by 23.16%,photochemical quenching(qP) increased by 12.62%,but nonphotochemical quenching(qN) was only 64.72% of controlled before after 20 days under fluorescent lamp lighting.It is proved that,fluorescent lamp lighting could increase the proportion of opened part of photosystem Ⅱ response center to chloroplast of P.erubescens cv.Green Emerald,more energies of light used in impelling the photosynthesis electron transfer,thus improved ability of photosynthesis electron transfer,and nonphotochemical heat dissipation of leaf reduced simultaneously,then,the plant used the absorbed energy of light fully in the photosynthesis.
