摘 要: | 采用固相微萃取(SPME)技术和气相色谱与质谱联用法(GC—MS)对龙眼果皮中的挥发性化学成分进行分析、鉴定。结果表明,从龙眼果皮中共检测、鉴定出25种成分,占总挥发性化学成分的99.21%,主要成分是酯类、甾醇类、萜类烷烃和酮类化合物。其中,羟基洋地黄毒苷元含量最高,占47.59%;其次是苍耳酯,占22.92%。

Abstract: | Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with solid-phase microextraction (SPME-GC-MS) was developed for the determination of volatile constituents of longan periearp. The volatile constituents of longan periearp were extracted by SPME with a 100 μm polydimethylsiloxane fiber. The fibers were desorbed in a GC injection liner at 250 ℃ for 3 min. With headspaee SPME- GC-MS analysis, in longan periearp 25 constituents were identified by mass spec-trometry. The principal components were gltoxigenin (47.59%), xanthumin (22.92%), eolumbin (7.76%), 1 ; 1'- 3-(3-eyelopentylpropyl)-1,5-pentanediyl] bis-(6.21% ), resibufogenin ( 3.39% ). |
