云南高原内陆低海拔地区甘蔗难开花亲本人工诱导开花初报

2007年通过光周期人工诱导，第1次在云南高原内陆低海拔地区瑞丽成功诱导甘蔗品种Badila等难开花亲本开花。结果表明，株龄、固定光周期诱导时间和处理天数与诱导开花效果密切相关。经过12h 20min和12h 15min 2种固定光周期诱导，株龄较长的Badila经过120d诱导，孕穗率和抽穗率较高，12h 15min光周期处理150d有一定效果，12h 20min处理无效；株龄较短的Badila经过150d诱导，孕穗率和抽穗率低，经120d诱导无效。

Preliminary report of artificial flowering induction for shy-flowering sugarcane parents in the low-elevation inland area of Yunnan Plateau

The shy-flowerlng parents such as Badila, a sugarcane variety was successfully induced and turn to be florescent for the first time at Ruili, the low-elevation inland area of Yunnan Plateau by the method of artificial photoperiod induction in 2007. It was proved that the age, fixed photoperiod induction duration and days for treatment were closely related to the induced florescent result. Induced by two fixed photoperiods, 12 hours and 20 minutes, 12 hours and 15 minutes, for 120 days, the longer-aged Badila had high percentage of booting and earing, while induced by only a fixed photoperiod, 12 hours and 15 minutes, for 150 days, there was a certain effect on it, and there was no effect induced by the photoperiod 12 hours and 20 minutes. The short-aged Badila had low percentage of booting and earing induced for 150 days and there was no effect on it induced for 120 days.
