| 摘 要： | 随着人们对大麦用途认识的不断加深,大麦的需求增加,发展前景广阔.本文从大麦的营养成分及其功能入手,简要地分析了大麦在酿造工业、饲料业、食品工业中的利用现状及存在问题,并就我国大麦的开发利用与发展途径提出了建议.

| Abstract: | The required amount and developing prospect of barley become more positive with further comprehensive understanding of its utilization.In this paper multiple uses of barley,including brewage,feed,food and functional products are briefly summarized based on its nutrient composition and healthy function.In addition,the proposals are suggested for sustainable enhancement of barley production and wider utilization. |
