| 摘 要： | 大麦是全球第四大禾谷类作物,适应性强、用途广.近半个世纪以来,世界大麦生产和需求呈持续增长的趋势,全球大麦贸易日趋活跃;在简述全球及中国的大麦发展现状的基础上,本文重点分析了中国大麦产业发展存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策.
