| 摘 要： | 综合评述了稻米品质的概念、要素与优质标准,分别从遗传因素、环境因素和栽培技术措施因素三个方面谈及它们对稻米品质的影响。结合当前我国水稻品种的品质现状,提出了从品种选育、加工水平、栽培体系等方面来提高稻米品质的对策。
