摘    要:从水稻优质品种选择、稻米品质保证、品牌策划、培养优良的销售队伍、经销商规范管理等方面入手,完善企业发展的基础设施建设。通过稳定的品牌、稳定的价格、稳定的供货来支撑。以统一资源整和、统一市场规划、建立产业协会、实行行业自律为有效途径,加强销售网络建设,完善物流体系,最终实施强强联合、品牌联合。
