摘    要:植物的开花时间(或作物的抽穗期)是决定植物分布和区域适应性的关键因素。从营养生长(茎叶的产生)到生殖生长(花的产生)的转变是植物生命周期中重要的发展步骤,需要对多种环境因素和内源性信号做出全面响应。综述了拟南芥和水稻光周期调控开花期的分子机制研究进展。讨论了两种植物调控网络的异同,以期为水稻成花分子机理研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:Flowering time in plants(or heading date in crops)is a critical determinant of the distribution and regional adaptability of plants.and the switch from vegetative growth(the production of stems and leaves)to reproductive growth(the production of flowers)is an important developmental step in the life cycle of plants.which requires a comprehensive response to multiple environmental aspects and endogenous signals.This review summarizes recent knowledge on the molecular mechanism of photoperiod control flowering in arabidopsis and rice.Similarities and differences are discussed between the regulatory networks of the two species.It is hoped to provide theoretical basis for the study of molecular mechanism of rice flowering.
