| 摘 要： | 为了研究不同前处理对烟叶中糖及有机酸含量的影响，比较了液氮研磨烟叶、杀青烟叶、初烤烟叶及鲜烟叶4种样品中糖和有机酸的含量。结果显示，初烤烟和杀青烟样分别与其它处理样品中糖类物质的含量差异达到显著水平，液氮研磨样品与鲜样的糖类物质含量差异不显著;4种处理样品中有机酸含量的差异较大。

| Abstract: | In order to study effect of different pretreatments on content of sugar and organic acid, contents of sugar and organic acid in four kinds of tobacco leaves samples, grinding leaves in liquid nitrogen, de-enzymed tobacco leaves, initial flue-cured leaves and fresh leaves, were compared. The results showed that difference in content of sugar betweeb initial flue-cured leaves and de-enzymed tobacco leaves and others samples, respectively, while difference in content of sugar between grinding leaves in liquid nitrogen and fresh leaves was not significant. The content of organic acid in four samples showed great difference. |
