摘    要:为了减少葛根淀粉废水中有益物质的流失,葛根淀粉废水用十二水硫酸铝钾沉淀蛋白后,采用AB-8大孔树脂分离技术,以 pH5.5的80%乙醇作为洗脱剂,可有效回收葛根淀粉废水中的葛根素,其回收率达到了89.24%,纯度达到53.97%,对有效利用葛根资源具有现实意义。

Abstract:In order to reduce the loose of beneficial substances in radix puerariae starch industrial wastewater, a technique was established. Firstly, protein precipitation was carried out in wastewater with aluminum potassium sulfate dodecahydrate as flocculant. Secondly, the puerarin in radix puerariae starch wastewater was recycled by AB-8 macroporous resin sepa-ration technique with pH5. 5 of 80% ethanol as eluent, and the recovery rate could reach to 89. 24% and the purity could reach to 53. 97%. It has realistic significance to the effective use of resources of pueraria.
